| MAYAH with more N/ACIP compliant products Hallbergmoos, Munich Airport, 10.12.2007 - From the beginning MAYAH Communications has been supporting the EBU with all their efforts of a common audio-via-IP recommendation in order to achieve a broad acceptance in the market, from customers as well as manufacturers willing to implemnt Audio-via-IP in a compatible way following the EBU N/ACIP document. MAYAH is pleased to announce also its new products Flashman II and Sporty to be N/ACIP compliant. A first demonstration of Flashman II will be given during the Heimbuchenthal event of the ARD.ZDF medienakademie (Germany) , Dec. 11-13 in a live Internet environment. Detlef Wiese, founder and CEO of MAYAH give the comment "good to be in a position which can not be compared with the old and complicated ISDN time frame 10-15 years ago. Today we have a variety of manufacturers following the N/ACIP document and customers benefit from a broader product offer with a high amount of compatibility." Flashman II and Sporty offer coding formats from high bit rates with linear audio down to very low bit rates with HE AACv2 or AAC ELD. Both are supporting N/ACIP from the beginning. Their main advantages are in their true mobility and flexibility. Thanks to the robust and user-friendly design, including powerful rechargeable battery and support of SIP/RTP protocols as part of the new professional Audio-over-IP standard by N/ACIP.
